MASOR® SCHEDULE OF FEES
Fees are dependent on each client's individual condition and are based on $3.00 per minute of treatment time.
Treatment needs are tailored specifically with a minimum of 30 minutes per session with a scheduled appointment.
Your doctor can prescribe treatment and/or device purchase under the recommended class II or class III guidelines for treatment of chronic pain facilitated by the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Your Insurance, Accident Insurance or Occupational Health Insurance Plan may cover treatment and/or device purchase with a doctor’s prescription.
Offsite local area treatment is negotiable under certain conditions.
Treatment and/or device purchase may be tax deductible with a doctor’s prescription.
For long term therapy, Home Care services may provide treatment. We offer training and certification in these circumstances. In some cases the medical device can be leased or purchased for this purpose. Please check with your Physician and health insurance plan.
Our Services are listed with the North Simcoe/Muskoka LHIN. Offsite treatment is available.
For our out of country clients, this treatment may be accepted through the regulatory body responsible for treatment approvals in their home country.
Cottage Day Spa treats many specific conditions and injuries. We are consistently effective with our treatment results, depending on the degree of injury and length of chronicity.
